Overnight Shipping (Parcel Only)

Overnight shipping may be available for eligible parcel shipments. Overnight shipping is not available for LTL or freight shipments.

Order Timing and Handling

Orders are handled in the order they are received and are typically reviewed within one business day.

Orders placed earlier in the day may be handled sooner, but same-day handling is not guaranteed.

Published time references, including 11:00 am Central Time, are general operational guidelines only and do not guarantee same-day handling, shipment, or delivery.

Expedited Shipping and Delivery Timing

Expedited shipping refers to the carrier service level selected at checkout after an order has been prepared and released for shipment.

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not indicate when an order will be reviewed, handled, or shipped.

Delivery timing depends on carrier operations, destination, pickup timing, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

Item Availability, Transfers, and Assembly Time

Some items can be prepared for shipment quickly. Other items may require additional handling time before shipment, including internal transfer or assembly.

  • Items requiring transfer may need additional time before they are ready for shipment.
  • Some items, such as kits requiring assembly, may require additional handling time before shipment.
  • Orders containing items that require transfer and/or assembly may take longer than orders containing only ready-to-ship items.
  • Product pages may not always indicate whether an item requires transfer or assembly time.

Business Days

Business days exclude weekends and U.S.-recognized holidays. Carrier pickup and delivery schedules may vary based on the carrier's operating calendar and destination.

Carriers

We ship parcel orders using UPS and FedEx. Carrier pickup times may occur later than internal handling windows, but carrier scheduling does not create a guarantee of same-day shipment or next-business-day delivery.

LTL and Freight Shipments

LTL and freight shipments are scheduled based on order readiness, carrier availability, and coordination requirements. Overnight shipping is not available for LTL or freight shipments.

  • No shipment date is guaranteed for LTL or freight shipments.
  • No delivery date is guaranteed for LTL or freight shipments.
  • Freight transit times vary based on carrier scheduling, destination, and terminal routing.

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. QuickAxle does not guarantee handling times, shipment dates, delivery dates, or carrier transit times, including expedited services.

Customer Responsibilities and Important Notes

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the correct address and contact details.
  • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
  • QuickAxle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, acts of nature, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
