Installation Notes
- Axle alignment shall be in accordance with SAE or TMC recommended standards.
- Set the suspension to the specified mounting height before torquing the pivot bolt to prevent bushing pre-load.
- After final axle alignment, install the anti-turn washer over the eccentric bolt head and weld in place.
- Suspension fasteners must be re-torqued initially at 6,000 miles and at 50,000 mile intervals thereafter.
- For axle-to-suspension welding, follow Ridewell Weld Process No. 1.
Maintenance Notes
- Inspect suspension structure, air springs, shocks, and fasteners during routine service.
- Inspect pivot bushings and wear washers at regular service intervals and replace if required.

- Suspension systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and maintained.
- Warranty coverage applies to the suspension only.
