Installation Notes

Axle alignment must be performed in accordance with SAE or TMC recommended standards.
Pivot nut must be torqued only after suspension is set to specified mounting height to prevent bushing preload.
Anti-turn washers must be welded after axle alignment is complete.
Suspension fasteners must be re-torqued after the first 6,000 miles of operation.
For axle-to-suspension welding, follow Ridewell Weld Process No. 1.

Maintenance Notes

Daily: inspect tires, wheel ends, axle assemblies, suspension structure, and air system; drain air reservoirs.
First 6,000 miles: torque suspension components and verify ride height.
Every 12,000 miles: inspect air springs, air lines, and fittings; torque fasteners.
Every 50,000 miles: torque suspension components (do not re-torque shear-type pivot bolts).
Annually or 100,000 miles: inspect pivot bushings and wear washers; replace as necessary.

Warranty applies only in the United States and Canada.
Suspension systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed, maintained, and operated within rated capacity.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of suspension parts.
Warranty is non-transferable and excludes incidental or consequential damages.
