Installation Notes

Axle alignment must be performed in accordance with SAE or TMC recommended standards.
Installer must set the suspension to the specified mounting height before torquing the pivot bolt to prevent bushing pre-load.
Pivot bolt must be torqued using an E-20 Torx socket until the Torx head shears off.
Welding of adjuster plates or alignment washers to the hanger is not required or recommended.
Suspension fasteners must be re-torqued at 6,000 miles and every 50,000 miles thereafter. Do not re-torque pivot fasteners.
Axle-to-suspension welding must follow Ridewell Weld Process No. 1.
Customer-furnished crossmembers and filler plates are required.

Maintenance Notes

Inspect air springs, shocks, bushings, and fasteners during routine service intervals.
Do not re-torque shear-type pivot fasteners.
Replace bushings using Ridewell-approved replacement kits as required.

Warranty Notes

Suspension systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and maintained.
Stated capacity rating applies to suspension only. Axle, brake, and wheel end ratings are per their manufacturers.
