Installation Notes
Hangers must be welded to the trailer frame prior to axle alignment.
Axle alignment must be completed before final stop welds are applied.
Customer-supplied crossmembers and frame bracing are required.
Axle-to-suspension welding must follow Ridewell-approved welding procedures.
Maintenance Notes
Inspect air springs, shocks, and pivot hardware during routine service intervals.
Check fastener torque periodically and re-torque as required.
Replace worn bushings and wear components as needed to maintain alignment.
